	Interest Free Plan - Auto Debit by Check or Credit Card You may make an initial investment on the day that your orthodontic treatment begins, paying the remaining balance in monthly installments over the duration of your treatment.
	No Initial Payment Plan (CareCredit) No initial down payment required. This plan allows you to make monthly payments ranging from 3 months to 60 months which will include a minimal finance charge. Insurance
As a courtesy to all of our patients we will file your insurance for you, as long as we are provided with the necessary information. Please be prepared to give us the subscribers name, their social security number and date of birth, along with the name of their employer. We will also need to know the name of your dental insurance company and an 800# so that we may contact them for a breakdown of your benefits and their claims mailing address . We currently accept all traditional insurance plans, as well as Met Life PDP, Delta DPO, United Concordia, Cigna PPO.
